Reederei Claus-Peter Offen said all containership, tanker and bulker activities would be consolidated under the CPO Holding name.
It will be led by Offen as CEO, with Hermann Klein as chief operating officer and Frank Bergert as CFO.
Klein resigned as CEO of ER Schiffahrt in December and said he was leaving in February when his contract ended.
Bergert is also joining from ER, where he is CFO.
