Net earnings to 31 December were INR 224.2m ($3.6m), against a loss of INR 29.1m in 2013.
Revenue was INR 1.39bn, up 18% year-on-year.
The company said the result underlined its efficiency and showed it was on a growth path.
It took delivery of its sixth boxship in January, lowering its fleet age to 19 years.
