The Emanuele Grimaldi-led company said net earnings were EUR 8.5m ($9.63m) in the three months to 31 December, from EUR 9.9m in the same period of 2013.
Revenue was down at EUR 119.1m, compared to EUR 130.3m the year before.
Annual profit jumped to EUR 41.7m from EUR 6m.
