APL Logistics is set to launch the hub by the second half of 2015 following a tie up with the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka.
The company has been granted a lease on the land and premises located within the Katunayake Export Processing Zone (EPZ).
APL Logistics said that the next phase of the plan will be focused on the reconstruction and upgrading of the existing facility.
