Asia Marine Philippines - the new subsidiary of the liner company - will provide crew facilities for its own fleet of 65 vessels as well as for third parties.
The new company is led by Frank Donath of Columbia and Frank Uwe Schneider from NSB as managing directors.
Asia Marine Philippines will kick off its operations by staffing 50 vessels and managing 1,000 seafarers.
