Costamare told investors it would have a 49% stake in the 11,000-teu vessel that takes the number of ships in the series at HHIC-Phil to five.
While no price was revealed, TradeWinds reported a few weeks ago Costamare was to pay $88m for the ship. Delivery is slated for December 2016.
The latest move takes the number of newbuildings the Greek owner has inked alongside York to 10.
