Korea's Hanjin Heavy Industries has pushed back delivery of a containership by three months.

The yard said the vessel, ordered by a Liberia-registered owner and costing KRW 86.4bn ($72.17m), will be handed over on 31 March, according to the Asiasis website.

The move was due to an adjustment of the production process, it added.

In December, a capesize newbuilding on order at Hanjin Heavy Industries was cancelled.
