Twelve shipowners are set to share contracts from the US military worth close to $1bn, latest disclosures show.
Maersk Line and American President Lines are among the key beneficiaries with contract awards worth $257m and 227.8um respectively.
Matson Navigation and Hapag-Lloyd are also among the major winners with contracts worth $95.3m and $92m respectively.
