Car carrier player Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) has taken 100% ownership of its South African logistics operation.
It has agreed to buy the remaining 50% of CAT-WWL from partner Groupe CAT.
The venture runs 10 ten vehicle processing facilities.
"With full ownership in CAT-WWL, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics becomes one of the top independent providers of vehicle processing services to support automotive manufacturers in South Africa," it said.
