A TS Lines boxship has run aground on a Taiwanese beach.
The 1,578-teu TS Taipei (built 2006) got stuck on Thursday, with the last AIS update showing it stuck near Taipei.
Television footage showed a helicopter arriving at the scene.
It then airlifted the crew to safety, Focus Taiwan reported.
The vessel was heading from Keelung to Taichung.
