Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) is forming a new joint venture for cruise operations.
The German company is teaming with Optimum Ship Management to found Hanseatic Cruise Services in Singapore.
Hanseatic will provide “comprehensive, world class passenger vessel management services to third-party clients around the world,” the companies said.
BSM believes that the cruise industry offers major growth potential.
“BSM is delighted to re-enter the passenger vessel management arena in partnership with Optimum,” said CEO Norbert Aschmann.
