The shipmanagement operations of two of Germany’s largest containership players are close to being merged.
It is understood that a new holding company will be created to cover also the Blue Star fleet which Komrowski acquired management of in a deal over two years ago with AP Moller-Maersk.
The move will create a managed container fleet of well over 100 ships.
