Belgium's port of Antwerp has signed a cooperation agreement with Iran's Shahid Rajaee Port Authority.
The Iranian company controls Bandar Abbas, which handles 90% of the country's container imports and exports.
The aim is to develop trade by exchanging information on statistics and port development projects, as well as collaboration in the field of training.
The agreement runs for a period of five years, after which it can be renewed.
