The Shipping Association of Guyana (SAG) is fighting a GYD 25,000 ($120) container surcharge at the country’s ports.
It took its case to the high court this week, the Demerara Waves daily said.
The fee is applied by the state on the movement of laden shipping containers to and from wharves.
