Sammy Ofer has wasted no time in appointing a new CEO at Zim following Doron Goder’s exit yesterday.
Former deputy Rafi Danieli has been bumped up to fill the void, parent Israel Corp confirmed Tuesday.
It says Danieli, a 31 year Zim veteran, will take over the reigns “following an orderly transition of office and responsibilities” with the outgoing Goder.
TradeWinds reported yesterday that a spat with the Offer Family over the best way to tackle the economic slowdown was behind Goder’s resignation. He had been in the post since 2005.
