Siem Offshore has cancelled the last in a delayed series of four dual-fuel platform supply vessels (PSVs) at Remontowa Shipbuilding in Poland.
The Oslo-listed company tore up the contract for the third in December.
The VS 4411 DF designs were ordered in 2013.
Siem said it is covered by refund guarantees from an international bank for all pre-delivery instalments.
Clarksons listed ships three and four - the 5,500-dwt Siem Melody and Siem Rhapsody - as due in June and August 2017.
