Clarksons Research Services says the offshore market outlook remains challenging despite improved sentiment in the sector this year.
Writing in the broker’s latest offshore market outlook, Clarksons Research managing director Steve Gordon said the laid up OSV fleet and the orderbook were “key but uncertain issues”
Gordon said there are presently more than 900 offshore support vessels built after 1990 in lay-up around the world.
