Pacific Radiance has named a former long-term Standard Chartered banker as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
Iris Chia, 46, takes up the role at the struggling Singapore-listed offshore vessel operator with immediate effect.
“The board and nominating committee having reviewed and considered the qualifications and working experience of Ms Chia,” Pacific Radiance said.
“They are of the view that she possesses the requisite qualifications and experience to assume the responsibilities as chief financial officer.”
