Noble Corporation is sending a drillship into layup after a charter to Shell ended.
The company said the 30,300-gt Noble Bully I (built 2011) is now en route to Curacao to be cold-stacked.
It had been earning $488,000 per day from Shell from 2012 to mid-March.
Noble has three other drillships cold-stacked, with four more available from warm layup.
