Norwegian charterer TGS has clinched a new multi-client seismic survey project off Ireland.
Crean 3D will cover more than 5,400 sq km on the Irish Atlantic Margin, in the South Porcupine Basin between the Porcupine High and the Irish Mainland Platform.
It said exploration success off Newfoundland and Labrador coupled with historical exploration in Atlantic Ireland has resulted in significant acreage being licensed.
