Singapore-listed Atlantic Navigation Holdings has announced a $45.2m deal to decomission offshore and onshore facilities in the Middle East.

Its 49%-owned joint venture with Korea's Oceanus, Oceanus-ASM Consortium, will deploy about seven ships for an unnamed national oil company (NOC), it said.

It will buy and remove the facilities, it add.

The project is expected to start in June and will be completed within 18 months.
