Oceanteam has taken another step towards its financial restructuring as it sold its stake in a construction support vessel (CSV) to expanding McDermott.
The US owner has agreed to take over the remaining 25% stake in the 132-loa North Ocean 105 (built 2012).
With this deal, McDermott will have complete ownership of the ship.
Oceanteam said this is another important step in its financial restructuring plan.
