ICBC Financial Leasing has made a winding up application in the High Court of Singapore against an EMAS Offshore Ltd.
Lewek Champion Shipping faces being wound up by ICBC special purpose vehicle Hai Jiang 1401 Pte over an unpaid charter fees of $194.5m.
ICBC is seeking to have Soo Hon Weng appointed as liquidator. A hearing for the winding up application has been fixed for 26 May.
