Vard Holdings has moved to take full ownership of two subsidiary companies in Brazil and Norway, it has told investors.
It has acquired the remaining 4.85% stake in Vard Promar from an unrelated third party PJMR Empreendimentos Ltda for BRL 5.5m.
The move follows an amicable termination of the partnership with PJMR and Vard now gains 100% control of its operations in Brazil.
