Restructured US offshore shipowner Tidewater (TDW) is "possibly the strongest player" in the OSV sector, according to Clarksons Platou Securities.
The company has emerged from a pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy that has eliminated nearly 80% of its debt, the broker said.
It is set to benefit from "a gradual normalisation in the OSV market over the coming years," it added.
