SD Standard Drilling director Arne Fredly has increased his stake in a $0.23m deal.
His Apollo Asset company bought 1.4m shares at NOK 1.33 each.
This gives it 13.73m shares, equal to 3.8% of the company.
SD has announced a loss of $708,000 for the second quarter, as opposed to $83,000 in the same three months of 2016.
In August, it received an additional $0.53m
