Brookfield Business Partners now has four members on the nine member board of Teekay Offshore Partners as the investment firm closes its $640m stake in Teekay.
Brookfield, whose parent has assets worth $250bn under management, nominated four of its insiders to the board of directors.
Brookfield's director nominations include two managing partners and two other executives with the firm: David Levenson, Jim Reid, Walter Weathers and Bradley Weismiller.
