One of offshore support vessels’ crucial markets expanded by a large 8.6% from September to October, which is about three times the increase of most months this year.
For the number of working offshore rigs globally, three out of the seven tracked regions saw somewhat marginal declines, according to the latest monthly figures from US oil-services company Baker Hughes Inc (BHI).
