Singapore's EMAS Offshore (EOL) has received notices of termination for three OSVs it bareboat charters.
The company said the owners of the 3,100-dwt platform supply vessel (PSV) Lewek Ariel (built 2010), the 65-bp anchor-handler(AHTS) Lewek Lynx (built 2011) and the 4,000-dwt PSV Lewek Alkaid (built 2011) have alleged various termination events and material obligations.
The owners are Marina Morganite Shipping, Marina Moss Shipping and Marina Tanzanite Shipping, respectively.
