Oslo-listed Subsea 7 is saying goodbye to management team member Oyvind Mikaelsen after 25 years.
The veteran will step down from his role as executive vice president of commercial on 1 January and will leave the offshore vessel owner altogether in the second quarter.
He will be succeeded by Stuart Fitzgerald as executive vice president of strategy and commercial.
Fitzgerald is currently vice president for strategy and technology.
