Clarksons Platou Securities believes it is time to talk about the upturn in oil prices as OSV rates approach an inflection point.
Turner Holm, managing director of equity and credit research, said in the company's Oil Services Quarterly report that crude prices had risen in each of the last two years, and spot prices are now more than 25% above the average for 2017.
