Fletcher: OSV undergoing survey, not laid up

Fletcher Shipping has denied laying up a platform supply vessel (PSV) in Scotland this month.

A broker's report said the 3,500-dwt FS Kristiansand (built 2005) had been idled in Leith.

But Fletcher told TradeWinds the ship had completed a long-term charter with Perenco UK last month and is currently in-house in Leith undergoing maintenance/class surveys.

It will then return to the market.
