Former DNB banker Geir Sjurseth has been elected as a director of Norwegian OSV player Atlantic Offshore.
Sjurseth has more than 37 years experience in financing, shipping and offshore, the company said.
He has worked in Oslo, Singapore, Bergen and London.
Sjurseth spent eight years with DNB and was CFO of Westfal-Larsen/Masterbulk for six years.
He joined DVB Bank in London in 2000, where he set-up the bank’s global advisory and mergers and acquisitions unit for shipping, offshore and aviation.
