Houston-based Tidewater has placed two business executives into vice president roles in an effort to fortify management of the restructured OSV owner.
The John Rynd-led company appointed David Darling as chief human resources officer and Mark Parker as vice president of corporate taxation.
Darling, a former vessel master and operations maanger, joins Tidewater with almost 25 years of domestic and international human resources experience.
