Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Holdings has been an active buyer of distressed anchor handler tonnage at auctions, and chief executive Thomas Tan says it has a strong appetite for more.
Better known for its shipyard activities and a fleet of small tugs and barges, Kim Heng jumped into offshore vessels last year with the winning bids for three former Swiber anchor handling tug supply vessels auctioned in Singapore.
