SolstadFarstad has offloaded its sixth anchor-handler (AHTS) since April.
It said the Deep Sea Supply Shipowning I unit had sold the 6,800-bhp Sea Jackal (built 2011) to an unnamed owner.
The ship was delivered on Wednesday, resulting in a minor loss for the second quarter.
Clarksons lists the vessel as laid up.
