Stand & Poors has given Hornbeck Offshore & Marine a negative outlook on the ability to repay debts, reaffirming its 'CCC' rating on the US-listed offshore vessel owner.
"The affirmation reflects our view that Hornbeck Offshore will likely enter into a distressed exchange or debt restructuring for its 2020 and 2021 debt maturation over the next six months," the credit ratings agency said.
