Cost reductions enabled struggling offshore vessel operator Pacific Radiance to reduce its loss in the second quarter of 2018.
The company, which is currently undergoing restructuring, lost $7.4m in the quarter versus the $8.5m lost 12 months earlier.
Revenue for the three months was down 11% to $15.5m,
