Singapore OSV owner PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has appointed Edward Chiu Wai Chi as its new CFO.
The 57-year-old from Singapore was previously group CFO of YCH Group.
POSH said: "After considering Mr Chiu's past experience and his qualifications, the nominating committee and board of directors are satisfied that Mr Chiu possesses the requisite qualifications and work experience for the position of CFO of the group."
