The 4,900-dwt Vestland Cetus was launched in October at Fjellstrand in Norway and will be delivered this month.
Its charter calls for supply duties at a confidential rate for three firm years, brokers said.
There are two years of options attached.
A sistership, Energy Insula, will be delivered next year.
