Theoffshore vessel operating giant said it is paying HitecVision around $395mfor the Tromso-based company.
Thepurchase price includes $150m in cash and the assumption of about $245mof debt and remaining installment payments on vessels under construction.
TheTroms Offshore fleet includes five modern PSVs plus a further PSV underconstruction as well as an option for a second ship.
