The offshore vessel company said it hopes to raise between IDR541.18bn and IDR 715.12bn ($62.84m) by selling a maximum of 193.28m shares inthe float, which is scheduled for December 5 or 6.

This represents around 30% of its enlarged capital.

The stock will be priced at between IDR 2,800 and IDR 3,700 each.

About 60% of the money will go on new vessels, with most ofthe rest refinancing loans, Logindo president director Eddy Kurniawan Logamtold the Jakarta Post.
