TheSingapore-listed entity has agreed the deal with fellow offshore company MiclynExpress Offshore (MEO).
Theyard covers 12.2 hectares with about 220 metres of quays, two ship repair slipwaysand shipyard facilities as well as modular fabrication facilities.
ASLMarine said the proposed acquisition was in line with its strategy tostrengthen and expand its shipbuilding and repair capabilities.
“Inview of the waterfront land and the close proximity of the sale assets to thegroup’s existing premises in Batam, the proposed acquisition will provide agood opportunity for the group to expand its capacity,” it said.
