Responding to a TV news report claiming that the owners werein talks with international shipping companies, it said the story was “incorrect".
“The promoters have no plans to exit by selling their staketo any international shipping company,” GOS added.
“No negotiation for stake sale by the promoters has takenplace.”
The supply ship and anchor-handler company is run by chairman AshokGarware and managing director Aditya Garware.
