The recently listed company reported net income of $16.6m versus a profit of $2.4m seen twelve months earlier.
Revenue at thecompany, which only went public in November, saw revenue increase by 43%year-on-year to $42.4m.
The strong turnaround at its subsea services arm and pipelogistics operations were the main drivers behind the improvement.
It added that its fleet of offshore supportvessels continued to enjoy heavy utilisation and firm charter rates in FY2013.
