The offshore company said Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding will deliver the ships in 2015 and 2016.
The order consists of two 60-metre platform supply ships (PSVs) and two 89-metre flotels.
MAC said two PSV sisters are due for delivery in July this year from the yard.
The flotels are a new design featuring 240 beds, a crane and a garbage convertor which reduces waste volumes by 70%.
