The company said operating profit last yearrose 50% to £69.6m ($116.84m), as overall revenue increased 13% to £1.59bn.
Results were driven by its offshore fleet,with the “buoyant North Sea oil industry” creating strong demand for its divingsupport and ROV vessels.
During the year, several long-termcontracts were signed with clients including Centrica Energy, Maersk Oil andTalisman. Revenues at the division increased 26% to £263.5m.
