The shipyard will build a 3,900-dwt vessel for delivery in March 2016, Havyard said.
The 832 L SE design is the third Havyard ship chosen by Sinopec for its fleet renewal.
Havyard itself built an anchor-hander in 2012, while Fujian Mawei has a supply ship due in 2015.
