The shipowner said the entire 49% shareholding of Go Marine Services (GMS) has been sold to a third party
Otto said the book value was only $0.4m and the buyer is paying MYR 1.47m ($0.46m) in cash.
The move comes three days after it announced the sale of three of its anchor-handlers to GMS for $37.5m.
The vessels involved are the 6,000-bhp Go Avior (built 2010), the Go Hawk (built 2009) and the Go Harrier (built 2010).
