Boskalis, which joined forces with VolkerWessels to establish VSMC last year, says the work will run from 2015 into 2016.
The contract is at the Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm, which is owned by Statoil and Statkraft.
The deal was announced just 24 hours after Boskalis completed the formation of a joint-venture with SAAM which will run a fleet of 100 harbour tugs on the American continent.
